Abstract
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels in Lampung Province in December 2024 was recorded at 58.72 percent, an increase of 7.31 points compared to the hotel TPK in November 2024 which was recorded at 51.41 percent. When compared to the same month in 2023, the TPK of star-rated hotels decreased by 5.99 points.
The number of guests during December 2024 staying in star hotels reached 107,774 guests, consisting of 359 foreign guests and 107,415 domestic guests. This condition has increased by 12,129 guests (12.68 percent) compared to November 2024 which recorded 95,645 guests.
The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in December 2024 was recorded at 1.31 days, up 0.07 days compared to the RLMT of star hotels in November 2024 which was recorded at 1.24 days.
